      How should the Complete Essentials Daily Pack be used?

      AM and PM packets should be taken at the corresponding times of the day for optimal absorption. The AM packet should be taken with breakfast (preferably with our IsaLean® Shake), and the PM packet should be taken in the evening with dinner. 

      If you miss a packet, there is no need to double up. Simply continue with the normal schedule. 

      Although our Complete Essentials Daily Pack is safe for adults, we always advise consulting a healthcare practitioner before using any natural health product. 

      While your dietary needs are largely dependent on your body's needs and your current nutrient intake, the Complete Essentials Daily Pack was designed to help make up for common shortfalls in essential daily nutrition.
